Return Policy


Any Pulsar watch that you purchase directly from us (i.e. from the www.pulsarwatchesusa.com website) can be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days after the product is delivered to you. Returns outside of this thirty (30) day period will not be accepted. When returning a product during the thirty (30) day return period, you will need to list the quantity of the product being returned on the packing slip, as indicated. Next, take the return address label from the top right corner of the packing slip and attach it to the box that you are using to return the product. Then, take the completed packing slip along with the product you are returning and place it in the box. All product packaging and materials, including, without limitation, watch instructions, warranty card, and batteries must be returned with the product.

Please note the following when returning your watch:

1) All product must be returned in new condition, in its original box and with the original warranty and instruction book to the address listed on the enclosed packing slip.

2) All product should be insured and sent via USPS, UPS or Fed EX and a tracking number should be obtained from the carrier . In the event a package is lost it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Once we receive your watch, we will inspect it and if it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment. If you have additional questions regarding your return, or would like to check its status, please contact customerrelations@pulsarwatchesusa.com.
